VPN Access Request Form
Faculty & Students are provided VPN Services at the point of Email Account Creation, no need to re-apply for VPN. For non-faculty & non-student who already have IISc Email ID download one of the below forms
Submit the form in DIGITS 1st Floor, between 10 AM and 5 PM on weekdays in person with your IISc ID/temporary ID/ Appointments letter. Or email the scanned copy of the signed and sealed request form to networksupport@iisc.ac.in with CC to your reporting faculty/officer with the scanned copy of your IISc ID/temporary ID/ Appointments letter
