IISc Open Day 2020 Mobile App is Launched
As part of Green Campus initiative, IISc has decided to have a Green Open Day. To support this initiative, DIGITS has designed and developed a mobile application, which will reduceprinted documents and the carbon footprint. This mobile application has been built initially on the Android platform – it will subsequently be extended to the iOS platform.
This App helps the Open Day Visitors with details of events taking place at different departments and provide directions to event venues. Android Mobile phone users can install it from the Google Play Store or it can be downloaded from one of the links given below –

Once installed on Android Mobile, the users will be able to view list of events on their mobile, sort and select department wise events, view events by time, etc., The app also provides information about facilities such as Parking, Food Stalls, Help Desks, Bio-Toilets and other essential amenities available inside IISc campus.
